This macro tries to refresh all the pivot caches in the active workbook.If the macro cant refresh a pivot cache, it will show you a message with the pivot cache index number, and the error description.Thats a special memory area where the pivot table records are saved.
Sometimes an update wont work, perhaps because a pivot table sheet is protected. The macro you recorded that included going to the VBE module2 is not good. Make sure that your pi vot table name is, in fact, Pi vot Table1. If it is not, change the reference in the code to whatever the table name is. Make sure you change ONLY what is between the quote marks and that you do not delete the quote marks.
